It is home to the Historic Admiral Theater as well as ultra-hip businesses and restaurants and a beautiful residential area. It is also near “The Junction”, the area considered the downtown of West Seattle. “The Junction” is home to conveniences and luxuries such as the Metropolitan (Met) Market, the Husky Deli (since 1930s) and a variety of local restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. This area has it all and all of these factors combine to create a unique and vibrant culture and community.
